Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
If a return is approved and meets our return requirements, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, use your store credit toward a new purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Processing of Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued and sent to you via email within 10 business days.
